Ariadni Pereira is an international planner, producer and destination expert. She is a creative and engaging event planner with a passion for designing unique and memorable experiences. Ariadni’s specialties include executive retreats, incentive travel, field kick offs and corporate events. She is a dynamic, organized and driven event professional with a recognized ability to blend big picture concepts with beautiful details, culminating in the execution of truly amazing events. Ariadni started her career in promotional marketing for radio, hospitality andeven a major league soccer team.
She then transitioned to the corporate world, planning internal & external events for technology companies. In her last role as the Director of Events at Coupa Software, she planned & executed all events—focusing on trade shows, field marketing and their annual industry conference that she invented and tripled their numbers of attendees.

David is a 20 year veteran planner and 5x Fittest Male #EventProf. He has planned meetings, events, and incentives in media, live entertainment, agency, association and corporate organizations. He has Delos Wellness for Meetings and Event Certificate, is Pandemic Meeting Event Design certified, a BizBash 500, Connect 40 Under 40, and Smart Meetings Planner of the year.
He credits the ability to create true experiences for event attendees to the clarity and mental breaks workouts bring to his day. He and the Olympian Meeting team, including a Medical Doctor and Nutrition Coach authored a white paper on the increased ROI that can come from increasing wellness elements into your meeting. He is also the host of a web series called "Return on Wellness” and can be found on LinkedIn @davidTstevens.
His endeavors in radio led to managing special events for agencies, high-tech companies and experiential marketing campaigns and concert tours for MTV, NASCAR, Verizon, Principal Financial Group, and Johnson & Johnson.
With an extensive experience across diverse industries such as radio, sports, spirits, fitness, festivals, and technology including procurement and data analytics, we have a unique understanding of multiple sectors. Our clients span from food service, grocery, retail, to mental health, and we are always eager to learn about new fields.
