Angela Fralish, JD, PMP, RYT500
Angela has worked in healthcare for over 20 years. Starting off as a secretary, and then a physical therapy technician, she followed a career path into corporate healthcare law. While working as an attorney, she remained dedicated to the betterment of patient care and was published in Minnesota Journal of Law Science and Technology, guest lectured at the University of Minnesota Law School, opened 3 medical legal partnerships for low income communities, served as a MUSC Presidential Scholar and Equal Justice Works Fellow, and volunteered on the board for Cancer Legal Care. She later returned to more hands-on patient care through teaching yoga at resorts and traveled to Rishikesh India for her RYT500 yoga certification. She is currently earning her Masters in Yoga Therapy while running her company YOGIC™, a wellness company dedicated to integrating personal well-being into corporate culture.
YOGIC works with businesses to easily align quarterly strategic goals with wellness services. From one class to full day retreats, YOGIC provides a list of top-quality options meeting your business needs. Taught by a network of experienced executives dedicated to giving back, ancillary skills workshops such as Lean Sigma, Brand Marketing, Project Management, Finance and Contracts are available upon request. From beginner classes to advanced workshops, there is something for everyone at YOGIC.
Angela’s passion for creating avenues for others to become more healthy, balanced and productive, both at work and at home, is a lifelong pursuit. When she is not working, she enjoys volunteering in kids ministry, surfing, and helping her dogs Bonny Roo and Lucky Kai with their charity company “DOGIC” which hosts fundraisers by the dogs, and for the dogs! Namaste!
